I have examined my doctors there is a vericocele identified by 3mm left side so doctor said me to operate so...finally i geting pain at the left side and back side and heavy ness on left leg as i wanted to know i have to operate or its initial state i have to wait by medicine or homeopath medicine suggest

avoid long time standing and use crepebandageraise your effected leg with pillow at bedtime. if no response then you have to go for surgery.
