Hi! Doc. My wife has a tumor in her uterus. Ultra sound scan say "single large fibroid in posterior wall of upper uterine segment measuring 72x58 mm. Cervix & enocervix are normal. Is she needed to operate. If yes, then how it can be done in CMC vellore? what will be cost? I am an average earner, how can I meet the expense?
