Is Surgery Required For Right ACL Tear And Sprain Of MCL?

hello! i am 47 years male. my height 165 cm and weight 70 kg. about three months back i fell from staircase and injured my right knee. i didn t take doctors advice and just had pain killers. after this i again fell three times and took MRI scan on 6th December. the result shows 1) acute complete tear of right ACL. 2) horizontal tear of body and posterior horn of lateral meniscus.3) moderate right knee joint effusion. 4) avulsion fracture over the medial femoral condyle with grade II sprain of medial collateral ligament. now i can walk slowly, drive cars, climb staircase etc. but i couldn t live normal life. what should i do?. can i get it done without surgery.

While I would give you a course of physical therapy, you really need surgery to clean up the torn meniscus and to repair the ACL
