I m a 44 year old with fibroids the largest is an exophytic arising from the right uterine fundus that measures transabdominal 6.3x7.3x5.9cm right fundal transvaginally 6.0x6.0x6.9cm also a large intramural fibroid in the uterine fundas measures 4.3x4.7x4.2 as well as subserosal fibroid in the left anterior body that measures 1.5x1.1x1.8 cm the endometrial stripe is pushed inferiorly and posteriorly by the intramural fundal fibroid. The uterus is anteverted and measures 13.2cm in length and 7.2 x 10.1 cm. is surgery needed?
