General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my surgical experience, the 7 mm cyst in the epididymis is not responsible for any amount of severe pain and urine flow.

It is strongly recommended to opt for the root diagnosis of a urinary issue as infection, gravels in the urinary system or else; rather than thinking of the unnecessary issue of surgery at this point.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
