I am 43 years married, i have pain of emidymal syst from four months and I consulted a doctor, and he made an ulstrsound of scrtum and found that a 7x6mm syste noted in the head of right epiddymist. After that he advised to take antibiotic for 15 days, while taking the medicine I gor some relief, but the pain is still going on and also there is an continous urine flow live infection. Kindly advise me whether it is required surgery or how to prevent the pain ? so that I am totaly disturbed. whether it will cause any major deseas ?
As per my surgical experience, the 7 mm cyst in the epididymis is not responsible for any amount of severe pain and urine flow.
It is strongly recommended to opt for the root diagnosis of a urinary issue as infection, gravels in the urinary system or else; rather than thinking of the unnecessary issue of surgery at this point.
