Sacral Tarlov cyst involving S1 and S2 nerve roots is a problem only when it is symptomatic. All asymptomatic cases can be left without any treatment. But as in your case, symptoms are very obvious and bothering you, the causes of Tarlov cyst may be due to congenital weakness of dura matter, trauma, or inflammation. The treatment options are aspiration of cyst and excision, and CSF drainage. There is a high chance of recurrence of cyst with the above treatment though.
Therefore, the best surgical treatment is fenestration of cyst, resection of a wall of cyst and myocutaneous flap repair. There are no other treatment modalities available in allied sciences of medicine like Ayurveda or Homeopathy that are promising. Please do not try any kind of physiotherapy as this would increase the symptoms and worsens your condition. Any kind of postural alterations, exertion would increase your symptoms. So please contact a neurosurgeon or a spine surgeon and let them decide what modality of treatment suits you.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
