Is Surgery The Only Way To Get Rid Of Freckle Colored Mole Under Eyebrow?

Hello. I am a 19 year old collegiate football player and i have had a mole which i believe to be a birth mark under my left eye brow all my life. the mole is a little smaller than a dime and when i was young it was checked to make sure it was not cancer related. however i now find it very troubling that my left eye brow looks nothing like my right eye brow. i have looked for many solutions and all i can find is to speak to a plastic surgeon. are there any other solutions that are viable in this situation? also i am caucasian and the eye brow is about the color of a freckle. thanks.

we can go for some paint like salicylic acid.but i have to see first before confirmation.otherwise we have to go for plastic surgery,because paint can leave some scar.
