Hello and welcome to HCM,
Cavernoma is an abnormal cluster of blood vessels found mainly in brain and
spinal cord.
When cavernomas are asymptomatic i.e. when they do not cause any symptom, they can be left without any treatment.
However, if they become symptomatic - start compressing surrounding structure and cause neurological deficit as in your case, treatment is required.
Treatment for cavernomas is primarily surgical, surgical removal of the cavernoma is definitive treatment.
Cavernoma is formed due to arterio-venous malformation and its surgical removal is the only treatment available.
medication does not have any role in treatment.
Surgery is specialist micro-neurosurgery and depends on site of cavernoma.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a neurosurgeon for clinical assessment and thus management.
Thanks and take care
