Is Swelling On The Shaft Normal After Circumcision, And When Can I Shower And Clean The Wound?

Hello, i was circumcised about 30 hours ago and ive noticed i’m having some swelling of the shaft of my penis. The wound itself and the head of my penis have no inflammation or swelling. Is this normal? When can i shower and apply soap to the wound to clean it up. Dry blood and some antibacterial ointment present. Additionally, the swelling is causing the stitches to be covered by the swollen skin of the shaft. I appears i have some skin left over to where the stitches are folding under the skin as if it were retracting like Foreskin.
