Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that Tinea Versicolor is an infection caused by fungus present on body. It can be successfully treated and takes 1-2 months to resolves skin color alteration. With medication some preventive measures are also required that includes to keep your skin dry. Avoid swimming as for now and you can consult with your Dermatologist

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind Regards
