Is Swollen Eyes And TB Interrelated?

I am a registered nurse and have a patient with severly swollen eyes and apparent red blotches around his eyes. Conjuntiva and sclera are good. He has a tb skin test that could appear positive. This was his second step test and he did not react like this before. Could the two be related?

Red blotches around eye you mean eyelid and skin around. Give levocetrizine tablet and apply caladryl lotion over blotches. If proved to be sensitive to any thing then it should be avoided. cosmetic etc to be avoided.
