Is Swollen Labia During Constipation With Blurred Vision Normal During Pregnancy?

I am 31 weeks pregnant. Had severe constipation today... took an hour of pushing to get it out. Shortly after my labia (the lips to my vagaina) were suddenly swollen. Now I am having blury vision- seeing spots. Are these all normal- non-related symptoms or do I need to see a docotr?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion you should see your doctor to rule out any high BP.Also take high fluids upto 3 litres and high fibre diet and laxatives to avoid constipation.The high BP is sometimes associated with pedal and vulval edema and headache.So just get a check up done to rule out high BP.Nothing to worry.
