Thank you for the inquiry.
ATOCOR F, a combined medication for treatment of
hyperlipidemia and fatty liver prescribed by your doctor seems to be effective in you and this has controlled your
triglyceride and
cholesterol serum levels. In addition, using bisoprolol (concor) for treatment of your
hypertension and, cardiovascular signs and symptoms were essential to control your hemodynamic instability.
According to my experience and based on your age, history of hypertension and hyperlipidemia and medication use, your blood tests are OKAY now. However, you demand to repeat similar tests every 3-6 months to follow up your illness.
Your creatinine is close to upper limit showing that you may suffer a mind chronic medications use and their complications. Some times the level of creatinine is mildly elevated due to NPO (you are fasting for test) and
dehydration.
At this time, I see no point to change your current medication therapy, however repeat those tests every 3-6 months, and if there is anything unusual, medication replacement has to be considered.
Your weakness could be due to side effects of your medication; however, it is not necessary to change drugs except in severe cases such as fatigue and dyspnea. If you really feel weak when you do some mild physical activity, I recommend you
ask a cardiologist to test you based on
echocardiography. It examines your heart reservation, and in this case, you may need to change your heart medication use (concor).
Hope you find my advice helpful; please feel free to ask me your further questions.
