Is Taking Candid And Doxycycline Safe To Treat Unpleasant Vaginal Odour?

My doc suggested to take candid v6 and doxycycline & lactic acid bacillus capdules as i was having a very bad smell in vaginal area. I want to know that is there any side affect of these medicines? Shold i take the doses of both medicines on same days?

Hi,
Thanks for the query. You seem to have bacterial vaginitis giving bad odor. It's justified to take Doxycyclin along with Candid Vaginal pessaries .. as antibiotic tends to stimulate fungal infections & use of the vaginal pessaries would prevent it.
