Hi & Welcome to HCM. I understand your concern. It is safe to be taken while having breathing difficulties, however the cause of breathing difficulties should be detected and treated accordingly. Your doctor has prescribed Clonafit (Clonazepam) - a benzodiazepine to relieve the stress/anxiety or muscle spasms since the investigations like ECG and ECHO-2D seemed to be normal. Continue to take the medication as prescribed. Hope this helps.
