Is Taking Cycloreg With Vizylac Advisable While Having Uterus Fibroid?

I m taking cycloreg for last 31/2 months withvizylac. I have a 5cm fibroid in my uterus. Will it be advisable to leave the tablets till I get my uterus removed or shld I continue. Also will I loose weight after I leave and have periods as I had my last periods in October.
