Is Taking Gynaecosid Safe To Terminate Pregnancy?

Hello Dear Sir Gynaecosid is good for stop children ? I have five children s my wife wanna stop the child , her sister took the sample of Gynaecosid tablets . Sir what is your advise. Is She use or not?if it have best way than tablets please tell me Ragards // Islam ZAZAI From Afghanistan

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Gynaecosid contain Methyloestrenolone 5mg and Methyloestradiol 0.3mg
that Female sex hormones.

It is used for For the treatment of non-occurrence of menstrual periods in certain cases (secondary amenorrhea).
Delay use for at least 8 weeks after the last menstruation to rule out pregnancy.

It causes thinning of the lining of the uterus which would result in mild contractions and bleeding but not expulsion of foetus.

This drug will not be effective in causing abortions.

So it is not used to terminate pregnancy.

For termination of pregnancy you can use:
1. Unwanted 72 with in 72 hour of sex
2. Pregout abortion kit, upto 3 moths of pregnancy.
3. Surgical method by consulting to doctir.
