Is Taking MT Pill And Misoprostol Advisable For Abortion During Lactation?

Hi. I am more then a month overdue.i did a pregnancy test on 27th of March and it came out negative. I repeated the test today and it turned out to be positive I have a 9 month old whom am brestfeeding I plan to take MT pill tomorrow morning Plz tell me how is it to be followed by misoprost. Also will it have any effects on my milk production

Yes you can take. Still for further assessment you may require obstetrics ultrasound, beta hcg levels after gynecologist consultation. Do blood pressure monitoring. Watch for symptoms dizziness, severe bleeding. Kindly take medication as advised by gynecologist.
