Is Taking Manix And Vitamin E Advisable For Low Sperm Count?
Hi Doctor, Please my husband is having low sperm counts. Please advise on what to do. We have gone to the hospital and doctor has prescribe the following medicine: Manix Tablate, Vitamin E and Ferrous Tablate. Please can the intake of this bring solution?
Those medicines would do just well ma'am. Plus the key thing is keeping your husband free from stress. You can see the changes in around 6 to 8 weeks with them medications but stress is a main reason for decreased sperm count. Also maintaining proper diet would help. Include green leafy vegetables in diet and also fruits should be included. Also supplements of zinc would help a lot. You can try talking to him and discussing his problems at work etc so he won't feel alone and stressed. He'll do well I'm sure. Regards Dr Gunjan
