Yes both polybion and combunex are although safe in treating blocked fallopian tubes due to tuberculosis but no drug is without side effects. You have to keep an eye on your liver function tests and vision. It is a treatment if it s due to tuberculosis. Wait for completion of course. If you still had a problem after course completion then you have to do hysterosalphingography to decide about the surgery as sometimes strictures are left even after completion of anti tuberculosis therapy.
