Is Taking Restoril Safe After Taking Xanax To Induce Sleep?
Hi, I suffer from severe anxiety and insomnia. I didn t sleep a wink last night, so at 6 am this morning, I took 5 mg of Xanax XR and 3 mg of Xanax immediate release to get back to sleep for a few hours. It helped, and this isn t something I regularly do. I was just prescribed Restoril 15 mg to take tonight for sleep. I ll probably go to bed at midnight or 1am. Am I at risk for a reaction since I took so much Xanax earlier this morning? I ve only been getting about 1-3 hours of sleep a night and I am desperate, but I don t want to risk a fatal reaction in my sleep.

I really appreciate your concern, if you are having nice sleep with the given medicine then this is nothing to worry, such functional condition may not cause any fatal out come in sleep and better not to think about this else it may cause more panic, it is highly advisable to come out of this condition of anxiety, depression and it is not hard you can do this, hope this information helps.
