Is Taking Sertraline Advisable In A Patient Having Breast Cancer?

I have been taking Sertraline for about 4 months now, and i have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer, I already have 2 nodules about 3.5cm on my thyroid gland which are benign, i have read the side-effects of Sertraline and am worried that the lumph nodes and thyroid glands are mentioned, should i consult my doctor about changing to a different drug?

Hello from my own opinion I am suggesting you should meet your physician since you have made a research of the drug side effects on the lymph node and the thyroid gland
