Hi Daljeet, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain in lower abdomen during pregnancy can be due to urinary tract infection, vaginal infection or preterm labour. I would suggest you to get properly examined by an OBGYN specialist and get urine routine and microscopic test, urine culture and sensitivity test, and high vaginal swab examination done to confirm any infection if present and get further management accordingly. Susten is a progesterone which supports the pregnancy by making uterine environment more favourable for foetus, and is safe for the fetus and the mother, and can be taken in whole pregnancy.
