Hello,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.com and thanks for sharing your concern with us.
Yes such combination will surely bring your blood pressure reading back to normal . I would like to inform you that exercise 5 days a week like walking 45 minutes /day. Eat a diet full of vegetables and healthy food stuffs . Take proper sleep of 7 hour every night . Practice some kind of relaxation technique like yoga / meditation everyday . Take your prescribed medicines daily at exact times and get your yearly thorough check ups done . If you will do so then your blood pressure as well as any other comorbid state will also come back to normal and you can live a healthy , stress free life .
I wish you good health.
Best Regards,
DR.S.TOMAR
