Is Taking Vitapulse Advisable In A Person Having Dilated Cardiomyopathy?

My husband is diagnosed to have a dilated cardiomyopathy with an ejection fraction of 45%. He is taking Xarelto, Sotalol, Statin and Irbesartan. I want him to take Vitapulse(combination of NAC, PQQ and CoQ10) as supplement. Is it safe? What else can you advice? Thank you so much.

Vitapulse is basically antioxidants which is beneficial for heart , so there is no harm in taking it.
Treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy is aimed at decreasing the heart size and the substances in the bloodstream that enlarge the heart.
To manage heart failure, most people improve by taking drugs, such as a beta-blocker,ACE inhibitoror an ARB, and/or diuretics. If you have an arrhythmia (irregular heart beat), your doctor may give you a medication to control your heart rate or lessen the occurrence of arrhythmias. Blood thinners may be used to prevent blood clots from occurring.
