Is Taking Warfarin Safe While On Tramadol And Tylenol For Sinus Infection?

I have sinus pain that came up (in the evening) the last three nights. I took a Sudafed and Tylenol the last two nights and it kicked it. Tonight it is severe. Now I took a Tramadol. But I am also on Warfarin (11mg) for DVT which I normally take at night. Can I take my Warfarin tonight?

dear sir
interaction between the two drugs has been reported in a few cases and it has caused Raise in INR value some bruiting as well it has happened a few days after tramadol has been started
the two drug together are not contraindicated but if long term use is contemplated close monitoring of INR and effects of the reduced clotting needs to be monitored.
you can safely take the drug tonight but do see your EnT doc for a better solution
