Is Taking Collagen Tablets During Breast Feeding Safe?

Hi. I am 32 years old and breastfeeding my 4 month old daughter. My question is, it is safe to take collagen during breastfeeding? Would this supplement be okay for breastfeeding mothers?
Supplement Facts
Dosage - 1 capsule 3 times daily
Ingredient: Hydrolyzed collagen, calcium ascorbate
Hydrolyzed collagen - 510 mg (amt per capsule), 1530mg (amt per serving)
calcium ascorbate - equivalent to vitamin c - 50mg (amt per capsule), 150mg (amt per serving)

I do not know how did you get the meaning of collagen, or how much you know about it,,, Collagen is very complex protein and has numbers of related disorders in human body mostly in syndrome, you did not said any thing about such syndrome if really have and if you do not have any Collagen related problem then why should you taking it unnecessarily, it wont beneficial to you on other hand protein some time react badly, so in my opinion avoid taking it & concentrated on good healthy diet keep peaceful mind, extremely needed in breast feeding mother, Take a good care of little one.
