i am nisha 35 years old female my tsh is 28 ,having hypothyroid from last 2 month due this i have swelling in my legs is it necessary to take thyroxine? i hva hyperactive putatry glabd problem due to that my periods are not regular from last 20year

Yes.
Your TSH is high and you have symptoms of hypothyroidism. Treatment of this is thyroxine hormone replacement.
I suggest you to consult a doctor and get started on thyroxine.
