Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain a small lump after piercing can occur due to
injury to the soft tissues caused by the pricking needle or instrument causing inflammation in the area leading to formation of a small lump..
It is not necessarily be a keloid and it can be an inflammatory lump..
In case if the lump appears white with some fluid inside it can due to some infection caused by the pricking instrument it can lead to infection at the pricking site..
The inflammatory lump mostly heals by itself without any treatment..
In case to initiate faster healing you can apply
steroid based cream over it..
Cold compresses can also help..
In case of infection application of antiseptic cream and a short course of antibiotics can be relieving..
Do not try to remove the nose pin or ring that you are wearing till you get healed..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
