Is Termination Of Pregnancy Possible After Taking Cytotec?

Pls am breastfeeding a ten months old baby and am pregnant for two to three months now but am not prepared for the pregnancy now and also looking at the pressure I am going through both home and work, I want to take cytotec to abort it, is it safe please.

I understand your concern
Mifepristone and misoprostol is safe and effective to terminate the intrauterine pregnancy up to 9 week, but should be used under the medical supervision of the gynecologist.
Pre abortion USG is required to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age of the pregnancy.
Mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally/buccally after 48 hour by the gynecologist.
If no induced bleeding then extra two dose (800 ug) at the interval of 6 hour will require.
Post abortion USG scan is require to confirm the complete process of the abortion.
So use abortion medicine under the medical surveillance of the gynecologist. Do not use at home at it cause serious complication that require surgery.
