Nothing to worry as it will resolve soon as the virus will complete its life cycle.. I would suggest you to take anti allergics like Benadryl or Levocetrizine.. Take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen or Naproxen.. Continue taking Tylenol if you have fever. Do steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room.. Saline nasal drops can help.. Decongestant Oral as well and nasal spray can relieve.. Avoid chilled foods and air conditioned atmosphere..
