Is Terrible Headache With Huge Bruise On Forehead After A Fall Serious?

I fell walking up steps carrying laundry and dog tripped me. I have a gash in my head but it is better. I have a huge bruise on my forehead. This happened 2 days ago. I started having a terrible headache last night. Now I have one worse than ever. Should I go to urgent care or is this just part of the fall?

Its seems matter of concern if you have terrible headache after head injury. Bruise on forehead indicate scalp injury. I advice to to undergo Urgent NCCT Head to rule out any brain contusion/ Subarachnoid hemorrhage Subdural Hemorrhage / Extradural hemorrhage.
You should rush to Emergency Room.
