Is The Hydronephrosis Condition In The Left Kidney Serious?

Hello,
I need consultation from Senior Urologist.
I am having 2 months old baby and done USG twice.
USG report states: "Mild Hydronephrosis in noted" in left kidney. Other than that there are no issues related to kidneys.
Our PED had suggested to consult urologist for the same.
Kindly advise and suggest.

I really appreciate your concern for your child look the underlying cause of hydronephrosis is important looking to the age of your baby in my opinion some congenital anomaly really need to rule out, it is better to wait for some time if the baby does not have any clinical symptoms, hope this information help you, have a nice day.
