Is The Ankle Swelling From The Sunburn Or Walking During Pregnancy?

Hi I am 25 weeks pregnant. I forgot to put sunscreen on my feet, ankles and lower part of my leg. I got very burnd. I also did a lot of waking the past few days. My ankle is now swollen. Is it from the sunburn or walking ? Should I be concerned, and will it affect my baby?
