Is The Eye Twitching And Headaches Result Of Head Injury?

A few days ago I banged my head on the top right side, my right eye has been constantly twitching, it feels like it's vibrating and the vision is not blurry I also suffer tention headaches and I am wondering if the twitching eye is a result of the head injury?

You need to get a CT scan of your head done immediately in order to rule out any internal injury to your brain.
