Is The Following Abnormality In The Blood Test Report A Result Of A Kidney Removal Surgery?

Had partial removal of a kidney for a cancerous tumor. Stage 1 (4.5 cm Grade 2) On December 7. Had blood work done on February 2. Following were abnormal Lym%. 14. 20-48 Gran%. 83. 45-75 MCHC. 32. 32.5-35 MPV. 7.4. 7.5-11.2 Was this due to recent surgery?
