Is The Following Medication Advisable For Allergy For A 4-year-old?

my son is 4yrs 2 months now he had got severe allergy dorctor prescribed is omnacorti syrup(7.5ml )once a day for7days and to be reduced to 5ml and 2.5ml every 7days durationa and the to stop, allegar syrup 5ml for 7days and naproxyn syrup 6ml (twice a day) for all 21 days, and citrazine syrupis (3.5ml) for 2 weeks kindly suggest
