Is The Following Scrotal Ultrasound Report Normal?

I have an Scrotal ultrasound but the urologist doctor is not around can you tell me if this is normal ? IMPRESSION: 1. Focal tail epididymitis, right. 2. Small spermatocele versus cyst, head of the right epididymis. 3. Unremarkable Testicle 4. Negative for varicocele

Hi.

I have gone through your ultrasound report.

I think you have done the scan because of pain around your testicles.
The above ultrasound suggest you have minor infection around your epididymis.(epididymis is part of tubule system from the testicles).There is also a small cyst around your testes. Your urologist confirm the diagnosis by clinical correlation .You have nothing to worry regarding this.He may put you on a short course of antibiotics and tell you to takebed rest.
