hi,Dr.boskey gandhi is here, in your semen report, sperm count us normal, motility is 40% means little bit decreased, & having pus cells. it indicates infection. which is also one of the cause of decreased motility. so. do treatment for infection. every thing will be good. don't worry at all. .
