Go welcome to healthcaremagic. I have gone through your question. In your semen analysis is liquefation time is more than normal. Ph is slightly more than normal. Motility is below normal, active motile sperms should be atleast 30%. Other parameters are normal. With this report it's hard to conceive mainly because of motility. I would advise to do ultrasound color doppler of scrotum to rule out any pathology like varicocele or structural abnormality and consult urologist for the same. Hope i answered your question. Would be happy to help you further. Take care.
