Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hi, 4days ago i had my urine test result color:pstraw ; transparency: shazy ; reaction:6 ; specific gravity:1.010 ; protein: neg(-) ; glucose:neg(-) ; amorphous urates : occ ; rbc:0-2 ; wbc:0-2 ; epithelial cells: mod ; bacteria: few ; mucus threads: few . thank you, hope you can help me.
Your tests reports are normal except appearance of urine which is described as hazy.Hazy urine can occur in urinary infections, pus ,blood ,protein or other deposits in urine. The reason for taking the test such as any urinary tract related symptoms has not been mentioned.Since there is no deposits in urine, symptomatic treatment should be done.Urine culture and sensitivity can be sent if required.Adequate hydration,Antibiotics are recommended.
Hope that was helpful.Let me know if i can assist you further.
Regards
