Hi jeevan,
Welcome to Hcm,
I would like to know why was angio done for your son at 3 months? That suggests me that there is some significant cardiac problem with your son and in such case increased heart rate can happen especially if there is possibility of cardiac failure. Also increased respiratory rate to the range of 60 + can also happen in failure. How ever good thing is that blood pressure is good. However if these findings are noticed by you just now and its not settling, you should see a doctor soon. If there is features of cardiac failure then he needs to be given medicines on urgent basis to settle his heart. Hope this helped. I would be happy to solve any further queries. Take care.
