Is The Lump In My Breast Cancerous?
I m 35 and have lupus.... I ve had a painful to the touch, swollen lump above my right breast that hasn t gone away...and now, slight swelling under that same armpit. No lump found there though...but, the side of my breast is extremely painful if I press on it.... Cancer worry? Breast, non hodgkins?

Well come to HCM
This is not the malignancy nor this is hodking's lymphoma but may be formation of breast abscess because of lymph node, if I would be treating physician, then I would treat this case with the following medicines.
1) Tab Ibuprofen 400mg three times in day
2) Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid twice in day
if condition does not improved then this would need some surgical intervention, hope this information helps, have a nice a day.
