Is The Medicatio Of Flexon Advisable For My 5 Year Old Son?
hi ,my 5year son was given dose mmr2 and dpt booster on both the legs. i applied ice for two days. but he is not able to move his one leg and stand and walk properly. I heard that ibuprofen content can reduce the pain so is it benificial to give flexon to him as it contains ibuprofen n paracetamol both??? kindly suggest???
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Ibuprofen with paracetamol medication can be given to reduce pain for your 5 year old son. The dosage should not be more than 100 mg (5 ml) three times a day. Kindly take care to give this medication after consuming food and not on empty stomach. Also, you need to continue to apply ice pack and give adequate rest for the body part as necessary. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
