Is The Medication Of Clotrimazole 10 Mg Advisable For Sore Throat For 12-year-old Boys?
Hello Doc! I have a 12 years old boy, he is big, about 60 klg. He have sore throat and I gave him Iboprophen 400mg 3 hours ago. He is still in pain. I have here Clotrimazole 10mg. I need to know if I can give to him... And I also need to know if I still can give because in the medicine it said to discard after November/ 2015. But I know that tablets can last for more time... What can I do?

Clotrimazole - 10 mg is an antifungal medication used to treat oropharyngeal candidiasis. It is not effective against the sore throat caused by the bacterial infections. It should not be used after its expiry date. He should be examined by a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
