Hello dear Understand your concern NEIL M2 kit is not used for regularise the period. It is used for medical termination of pregnancy/to induce the abortion.It contain one tablet of mifepriston and four tablet of misoprostol. Prega news result positive means you are pregnancy. Now to prevent the pregnancy and for use of M2 kit, you have to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy. M2 kit should be used up to 9 week of pregnancy.. It should be used under the advice and supervision of gynaecologist. Do not take at home as it cause severe complication like excessive bleeding and abnormal development of pregnancy in case of failure. If you want to terminate the pregnancy, i advice you to consult the gynaecologist and use under its supervision. By procedure, mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally by gynaecologist after 48 hour. If no bleeding misoprostol 400 ug should be given after 4 hour. Abortion will stsrt with in 40-50 minutes after taking last pill and complete in 4-5 days. Post abortion USG should be done after 14 days to confirm the complete process of abortion.
