hi i have had a heart attack in 2007 i had 3 stents i also have h.a.v.s hand arm vibration syndrome and i have recently been diognosed whith p.a.d..-p.v.d. i have had the pain in my legs since 2006 i am convinced this is wot brought on my heart attack now i have a simaler pain in both arms when i overstretch i get cramp pain so bad i think my arm is going to explode do u think this is related to p.a.d. ore p.v.d. im having angioplasty in my leg in 1 weeks time should i mention this pain in my arms to my consultant ?
Hi, Welcome. PAD is blockage in arteries other than organs. Their blockage can cause severe limb pain. If you also have similar pain in the arm too, you should definitely tell this to your doctor so that it can be evaluated properly. Thanks
