Welcome to HCM. Your symptoms suggest sprain of hamstring muscles. It usually occurs due to improper posture during sleeping, sitting, working, exercise and unequal heavy weight bearing on that leg. Tale nsaid with muscle relaxant. Apply nsaid gel locally. B12,folic acid,L-carnitine,calcium,minerals will be helpful to get fast recovery. Physiotherapy is advisable. Keep in touch with your doctor.
