General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

So sometimes chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic pain syndrome occurs which causes such symptoms. It may be related to lack of estrogen. Continue with estrogen cream, and you may also require analgesics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Loveleen Sharma, General & Family Physician
