Is The Pimple On My Face An STI Or An Acne?

Hi, i am 15 years old, and this morning, i realized that i had a pimple on my penis (the shaft). The pimple is red with a white tip (the kind you find in someones face). Right now, i'm kind of freaking out... is it an STI, or just acne? Please help me.
